Merck Animal Health has signed on as the corporate supporter of the American Animal Hospital Association’s Healthy Workplace Culture Initiative.
The initiative’s mission is to help veterinary teams create work environments that foster overall well-being.
An education grant from Merck will pay for in-hospital presentations on culture and a series of educational modules.
“We are looking forward to collaborating with Merck to provide practices the resources they need to optimize the culture within their walls,” said AAHA’s CEO, Michael Cavanaugh, DVM, DABVP (Emeritus).
Tools designed to promote individual well-being and healthy practice cultures will be shared with AAHA-accredited hospitals.
