Ethos Veterinary Health has raised its holdings to 17 specialty hospitals after the acquisition of practices in Chicago, Honolulu and suburban Sacramento, California. Terms were not disclosed.
The network, which now stretches from Massachusetts to Hawaii, also operates two reference laboratories, a compounding pharmacy and the online learning platform VetBloom.
The latest additions are:
- Integrative Pet Care in Chicago.
- Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center of Hawaii.
- Atlantic Street Veterinary Hospital Pet Emergency Center in Roseville, California.
The Woburn, Massachusetts-based company reported having more than 360 clinicians on the payroll.
Ethos Veterinary Health was born in 2016 following the mergers of four specialty hospital groups: IVG Hospitals in New England, Premier Veterinary Group in Chicago, Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Denver and Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego.
