Veterinary practices can use their AVImark or ImproMed practice management software to process CareCredit transactions under a new arrangement with the client financing company.
Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions reported that the integration also speeds credit approval by automatically transferring information to the CareCredit application. “As a result, practice teams can spend less time on administrative tasks, and are only required to complete a few fields of information and click ‘submit’ to receive a credit decision within seconds,” the software maker stated.
“Integrating CareCredit into our practice management software solutions provides our customers with an easy-to-use tool they can rely on to enhance productivity, minimize downtime and deliver solutions that make it easier for … pet owners to finance treatment,” said Stanley M. Bergman, chairman and CEO of parent company Henry Schein Inc.
Practice teams that accept CareCredit and use AVImark or ImproMed should contact their software provider for more information and to request a demonstration, Henry Schein stated.
CareCredit is based in Costa Mesa, California.
