Today’s Veterinary Business Staff

VIP Petcare, which offers vaccinations and other low-level services in non-traditional settings, has added Kansas, Louisiana, Maine and Washington to its location map.
Now doing business in 38 states, VIP Petcare reported that the new clinics will be held at three retailers: Tractor Supply, Pet Supplies Plus and Petsense.
“As always, we are excited to continue to fulfill our mission to provide every pet in the nation with affordable, high-quality pet care,” said Robin Dunbar, vice president of operations. “With this expansion, we are able to serve more pets than ever before.”
The veterinarian-staffed clinics provide vaccinations, diagnostic testing, microchipping and prescription parasiticides. Each location typically is open only a few times a month.
VIP Petcare’s owner, PetIQ, in March 2018 announced plans to open 20 veterinary clinics inside Walmart stores.
