Nutritional supplement contract manufacturer Vets Plus has won the NASC Visibility Award for the sixth year in a row and received another honor, the MVP Supplier Award.
The awards were handed out during the National Animal Supplement Council’s annual conference.
Among the NASC’s programs is the Quality Seal, which supplement makers can place on products that meet rigorous standards for ingredient and manufacturing quality. The Visibility Award is given to companies that demonstrate “outstanding commitment” to the seal and provide “exemplary support of the mission of the organization,” Vets Plus reported.
The MVP Supplier Award recognizes companies that provide “the highest overall benefit to NASC members during the year,” the Menomonie, Wisconsin, company added.
“The quality of the products and services we provide reflects our commitment to quality processes from raw material acquisition through to final manufacturing,” said Anita Sinha, Ph.D., the vice president of quality and regulatory. “It’s not just one person checking at the end.”
