The website design and digital marketing company ProSites has expanded its veterinary business with the acquisition of Canada-based LifeLearn Animal Health. Terms were not disclosed.
LifeLearn, founded in 1994, provides marketing, client communication and training and development services to veterinary practices and industry partners across North America. ProSites serves small business owners in the veterinary, dental, medical, accounting and legal space.
“This is a strategic expansion of ProSites’ overall business plans,” CEO Dave Rutan said. “The LifeLearn team possesses invaluable knowledge and creative tools and solutions to build customer loyalty and retention, which can be leveraged across all of the ProSites platforms.”
ProSites is headquartered in Murietta, California.
The private equity firm Rockbridge Growth Equity, which owns ProSites, “provided strategic support in this acquisition,” the companies reported without going into detail.
“The joint companies support over 17,000 small businesses across the U.S. and Canada,” they added.
