Today’s Veterinary Business Staff

Petriage has been named the exclusive provider of telemedicine services to veterinary practices that do business with the group purchasing organization PSIvet.
The Bellevue, Washington, company offers a proprietary mobile app that connects veterinarians with their clients after normal business hours and allows practitioners to remotely assess the need for veterinary care.
“Petriage integrates with veterinarians’ practice management software to upload all information automatically and keep medical records up to date,” the company stated.
PSIvet’s 5,000-plus members, all independent veterinary practices, receive negotiated prices on products and services from selected vendors.
“Telehealth is increasingly important to our members, and Petriage’s distinctive capabilities will them grow their businesses as well as broaden the range of services we offer our members,” said Dan Jones, DVM, PSIvet’s director of business development.
Allon Freiman and chief veterinary officer Shlomo Freiman, DVM, co-founded Petriage in 2015.
