Parasight System and B&L Reference Laboratory have partnered to provide a combined diagnostic portfolio to the Independent Animal Hospital Association (IAHA) network.
According to the joint release, the collaboration connects IAHA’s more than 850 member practices across 44 states with comprehensive testing capabilities. The partnership pairs Parasight’s Complete Lab System — which the company says delivers in-clinic results in under 10 minutes — with B&L’s specialty send-out menu.
Veterinary teams can use the coordinated relationship for a variety of diagnostic services:
- In-clinic testing: Parasite detection, hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, and urinalysis
- Reference laboratory services: Microbiology, histopathology, advanced endocrinology, coagulation, and therapeutic drug monitoring
The release noted that both companies integrate with leading practice management systems, so results land directly in a clinic’s existing workflow. Additionally, member practices gain access to 24-hour specialist consultations.
