Policyholders with ASPCA pet health insurance can pay their bill and submit and manage claims through a new mobile app.
Designed to work with Apple and Android mobile devices, the app also allows policyholders to read explanation of benefit documents, sign up for direct-deposit claims reimbursement and find local veterinarians.
“We’re committed to further simplifying things for our customers, and this new mobile app will go a long way in doing just that,” said Liz Watson, chief marketing officer at brand owner Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group.
The ASPCA Pet Health Insurance app may be downloaded in the Apple and Android app stores.
Akron, Ohio-based Crum & Forster announced the app launch Aug. 22.
