Today’s Veterinary Business Staff

Patterson Veterinary has upgraded the NaVetor mobile app to make curbside and in-clinic patient care even easier.
NaVetor is a cloud-based practice management software system introduced in 2018. According to Patterson, veterinary team members carrying a connected mobile device can:
- Check in patients.
- Create an invoice.
- Accept payments from clients waiting in an exam room or their vehicle.
- Forward-book appointments.
- Prescribe medications.
“NaVetor provides guidance for our customers to better run their businesses,” said Dan Holland, director of technology at Patterson Veterinary. “By putting that technology in customers’ hands through the NaVetor mobile app, we’re able to provide better speed and efficiency, saving them time and allowing them to complete tasks on the go rather than being tied to a laptop or workstation.”
Among other features included in NaVetor practice management software are customizable dashboards, electronic medical records, financial reports, client communication tools and real-time patient workflows.
