Today’s Veterinary Business Staff

The North American Veterinary Community, publisher of Today’s Veterinary Business, announced Oct. 3 that it has regained ownership of its online learning platform, VetFolio.
Originally founded in 2014 by the NAVC, VetFolio has been under joint ownership of the NAVC and the American Animal Hospital Association for the past 3½ years.
“The support of the American Animal Hospital Association over the past several years has helped us establish VetFolio as the leading online CE provider in the country,” said NAVC Chief Executive Officer Tom Bohn, MBA, CAE, HAB-C. “This exciting new chapter will also allow each association to focus more on its strategic priorities.”
“VetFolio will continue to be a valuable benefit for AAHA-accredited members,” said AAHA Chief Executive Officer Michael Cavanaugh, DVM, DABVP (Emeritus). “Additionally, custom AAHA content, courses and webinars will still be featured on the VetFolio platform.
“VetFolio has been an incredible venture that we will continue to support with new and existing content for all of the veterinary health care professionals VetFolio serves. This new chapter will allow AAHA to be more opportunistic in pursuing other member experience options.”
VetFolio provides a one-stop resource for professional and personal advancement through on-demand online learning. With a community of over 90,000 subscribers and nearly half a million page views per month, VetFolio is one of the largest providers of premium online veterinary continuing education in the world.
