PetzLife Products Inc., whose Complete Oral Care line is sold at thousands of veterinary clinics and retailers nationwide, has been sold itself.
Manna Pro Products of Chesterfield, Missouri, reported September 19 that it acquired PetzLife. The terms were not disclosed.
“PetzLife all-natural products have won the trust and confidence of pet owners, veterinarians, groomers and pet store owners,” said Beth Rogers, vice president of marketing at Manna Pro. “They are a great fit for Manna Pro’s growing portfolio of well-respected companion care animal brands.”
Manna Pro produces everything from horse feed to nutritional supplements for dogs, cats and cattle to the oral microbial gel Jump-Start Plus for multiple species.
PetzLife, based in Spring Park, Minnesota, also sells flea and tick repellents, bathing and wound care products, and pet treats.
