The consulting partnership WMPB is offering a new service, “Fee Consult,” that is designed to optimize a veterinary practice’s fee schedule.
“Effective fee schedules are one of the key factors that distinguish the industry’s top financial performers from their peers,” said Denise Tumblin, CPA, president of WTA Veterinary Consultants and founder of WMPB. “Recognizing that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, we’ve designed this service so that practices walk away with a customized action plan, as well as revenue growth projections for their clinic.”
For $895, a certified veterinary practice manager will examine a hospital’s fees and later make recommendations during a 30-minute telephone consultation.
“This examination takes into consideration the practice’s local communities, as well as value-based fees and top 50 fees,” WMPB stated. “Data is extracted from the practice’s existing practice management reports, so the process requires little to no effort on the client’s part.”
