The Ibex EVO portable ultrasound system features customized, veterinary-specific exam presets.
E.I. Medical Imaging has released a firmware update, version 1.5.0.3, for the Ibex EVO portable ultrasound system.
The Loveland, Colorado, company called the EVO update the “most significant” to date.
“Many of the enhancements included in this update are the direct result of customer requests,” President Charles Maloy said. “We will continue to provide our customers firmware updates free of charge to improve the EVO system and to enhance the customer experience of our systems through their feedback.”
Among the updates:
- Image resolution and quality enhancements.
- Enhanced functionality.
- Support for the C9OPU-HD transducer and other ultrasound transducers.
- Refined patient archival capabilities.
- Improved Doppler functionality.
