Hospital owner Community Veterinary Partners has grown to 48 locations after the acquisition of two Virginia clinics.
The newest network members are:
- Pet Medical Center of Springfield, a three-doctor practice led by chief of medical services Barry Rosenbluth, DVM, and supported by Diane Howells-Nichols, DVM, and James MacLean, DVM.
- Shirlington Animal Hospital in Arlington, a companion practice to Pet Medical Center. Drs. Rosenbluth and MacLean also work at Shirlington. The other Shirlington veterinarians are Adrienne Hergen, DVM, and Amanda Snelgrove, DVM.
Dr. Rosenbluth spent the past 30 years as a solo practice owner and five years in shared ownership of the practices. Teaming with Community Veterinary Partners, the company quoted Dr. Rosenbluth as saying, will “allow me to concentrate more directly on the medicine and client service aspect of practice without the huge time commitment needed for administrative responsibilities.”
Community Veterinary Partners’ 48 hospitals are scattered across nine East Coast states and Indiana.
