CareCredit, a health and wellness financial solution by Synchrony, has partnered with veterinary practice management software Vetspire to embed its financing tools directly into the platform.
The integration allows veterinary teams to process CareCredit transactions within the Vetspire software rather than relying on external terminals. According to the companies, this capability is designed to reduce administrative friction at checkout, streamline billing workflows, and support more consistent financial conversations with pet owners.
Vetspire is an artificial intelligence-enabled, cloud-based platform used by more than 1,000 veterinary clinics nationwide. The company reports that approximately 85% of its user base is already enrolled as CareCredit providers. The release noted that embedding the financing tool extends a unified workflow to these existing users while expanding access to future clinics.
By bridging flexible financing options directly into the PIMS, the integration aims to help pet owners access real-time, point-of-care payment paths so they can move forward with recommended treatment plans.
