The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association has launched registration for a Mastermind Group focused on advanced human resources skills.
The 14-person group will convene online for 90 minutes on the second Thursday of the month from January to June 2018. Topics to be covered include compliance, recruiting, retention, performance management, compensation and human resource technology.
Up to nine continuing education hours will be awarded.
Leading the discussions will be independent consultant and speaker Lori Kleinman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP.
