VetPartners’ immediate past president has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing at pet software developer BabelBark Inc.
Bruce Truman, MBA, who owns a business consultancy, “arrives during an expanded growth phase at BabelBark,” the Newton, Massachusetts, company reported.
“Truman has the leadership experience and a proven track record in nurturing startups in the companion animal space, which is exactly what we need to take our business to the next level,” said Roy Stein, BabelBark’s founder and CEO. “At BabelBark, he will harness his deep understanding of the animal health industry to further strengthen relationships with distribution and corporate practice groups.”
Launched in 2016, the company offers the BabelBark mobile app for pet owners, the BizBark customer management platform for service providers such as groomers and trainers, and the BabelVet software platform for veterinary practices.
VetPartners is a nonprofit organization made up hundreds of experts in veterinary practice management.
